He has founded and advised multiple companies, including Florida Gulf Bank and Coral Gables Trust, and also serves as Founder and CEO of Patton Real Estate.

Kelly McCammon drives strategic partnerships and investor relations, leveraging over 30 years in real estate, capital raising, and business growth. He draws on his strong operator network across the Southeast to source off-market opportunities and create long-term value.
Dallas Owens
Director of Operations
Dallas Owens is Director of Business Development at Horizon Capital, focusing on sourcing opportunities and building partnerships. A Florida native and seasoned entrepreneur, he has held leadership roles across multiple industries and completed more than $10 million in capital raises.
Stephen M. McGrory
Chief Financial Officer
Stephen M. McGrory advises Horizon Capital with over 30 years of leadership experience across the U.S. Air Force, corporate banking, and senior finance roles. He most recently served as CFO and Head of Corporate Development for a leading Army C4ISR technology contractor, overseeing financial strategy, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, and risk management for a 1,500-person organization. Today, he is a Managing Director at a Nashville-based CFO advisory firm, helping commercial businesses and federal contractors optimize operations and drive profitability.

Jimmie B. Strong advises Horizon Capital with deep expertise in transactional law, fund formation, and deal execution across private equity, venture capital, and family office platforms. He is President of The Advisory Incorporated and has served as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer for high-growth companies while building and advising investment vehicles, operators, and founders.
