Kelly McCammon leads strategic partnerships and investor relations as the Director of Investor Relations at Horizon Capital. He leverages his deep operator network across the Southeast to source off-market opportunities, expand relationships, and drive long-term value creation for the firm’s portfolio and investors.

With over 30 years of leadership experience, Kelly has built a career spanning commercial real estate development, capital raising, debt and equity structuring, and growth strategy. He has successfully raised significant investment capital while guiding businesses through complex development and expansion initiatives.

In addition to his private equity and real estate expertise, Kelly brings a unique background in the golf industry. He founded Ironhorse Sport Development, launching the Payne Stewart Kids Golf Camps and Foundation, which has raised more than $2.5 million. As a PGA member, he has advised organizations such as SNAG Golf, helping expand its programs to over 4,000 golf courses and community centers worldwide.
